Black bars still use up pixels And by doing so, is it through remote or manual type switch on the W? Been seeing people posting pics of panel alignment and such with these white bars onto screen. I can’t find it anywhere on the web and all the old links are broken. Would you buy this? It has a 5ms response time, but trails were visible in scrolling text and window moving tests. I replaced the bulb and all was fine for about 3 minutes until the red light of death came on. It has a lot of physical features that are indicative of its relatively low price point.

I just bought a i1Display Pro so I’ll start over and test it out. If enough people want it I will do it again with different lamp settings. So my original bulb just popped.
But, after calculating the costs the only way would me to even get it was with a W They also have ‘custom’ mounts, which can be pretty easily modified to fit the BenQ models.

The image this time was fine test pattern match up with the screen but it was out of focus. Users with poor eyesight will be better served by a bigger HD screen rather than this one, unless space is a major issue. I finally got my projector to align properly to my Bdnq ” screen, now another issue that is driving me nuts.

Remove Advertisements Sponsored Links. I have the newest projector with nenq backlit remote. I might be able to do 45 but it’s not enough difference to make the change. It’s a more solid overall construction and the universal bracket it comes with is simply second to none.

Just got mine today Its black level was deep, and it didn’t look at all pale in a lit environment, but while watching movies in a darkened room we did notice some backlight bleeding at the top and bottom of the screen. Btw in order to align the image to the test pattern keystone has to be set at 4. The screen itself is not glossy, so it won’t directly suffer from reflections, and it has a viewing angle of around degrees.
You can get a big picture despite the longer throw by pointing the projector backwards away from screen and bouncing it off a modest-sized mirror first-surface mirror, if you can find one.

It did particularly well in our DisplayMate tests, capably differentiating between like tones and colours. There are five viewing modes to choose from normal, photo, movie, sRGB and Dynamicwhich adjust the monitor’s luminance. Viewing from the sides wasn’t a problem, but you’ll still get best results from directly in front.
